Ingredients
1 350g Jar of Instant Delights Tomato Stew
200g Rice
300ml Water
Preparation
Empty a jar of Instant Delights Tomato Stew into a cooking Pot and stir
Add 200g of Rice
Add 300ml of Water
Season with salt to tast
Stir to ensure it has mixed properly
Cook on low moderate heat for at least 30 minutes or until cooked.

Instant Delights Spinach Stew
Ingredients
1 350g Jar of Instant Delights Tomato Stew
400g of pureed Spinach
10ml of Palm Oil
Preparation
Empty a jar of Instant Delights Tomato Stew into a cooking Pot and stir
Place on a moderate heat
Add spinach puree to the stew and stir
Add palm oil to the mix
Leave for at least 15 minutes - 20 minutes
Serve your delicious spinach stew with Rice, Yam, Potatoes etc
